Design Service

We offer a professional design service that you can add to your order when ordering most products on our website. You can add this service to your order by ticking the box below the product price list (please see example below)

The design fee will be added to your shopping basket and must be paid for at the same time as your print order. As soon as your payment is sent online you will have the chance to send us any design briefs or ideas you have for the work. If you would prefer to see a mockup design before your order please contact us first.

How much do you charge?

Our design prices are very competitive and we even offer to design your first order completely FREE of charge! Not bad, eh? This offer is valid for business cards, flyers, leaflets, letterheads, comp slips and business packs and is valid for your first order only. It is limited to one order per customer and is valid until October 31st 2007.

What do you need from me?

When we have received your order we will contact you with a few questions to help us understand what you need for your design. For example:

What contact details do you need on your design work?
Do you have any preferences for colours or styles?
Do you have a images you would like to use on your designs (including logos)
What information of offers do you want to promote?

We can source royalty free stock photographs for your design so let your imagination go wild! If we cannot obtain the exact images you are looking for we will offer alternatives for you.

How long will the design take?

In most case we will have a mockup design ready for you within 2 working days. If we have a heavy workload we will contact you immediately to let you know. If you have a deadline you are working to we will always aim to meet this.

When we have sent you the first mockup we will ask for your feedback. We also recommend your proof read all of our design work to check your details are correct as these cannot be changed once the order is finalised. When your design is completed we will complete the order and you should receive your print within a few days (approximate turnaround times for the printing process are given on each product page)

How do I send files to you?

If you have any design briefs or files you need to send to us please send them to info@webprint.biz. Please keep all attachments under 10mb in size to ensure they will be sent successfully. We will e-mail you to confirm we have received your files and will give you an approximate time scale for the work.
